LOCATION: Mumbai
Job Description
Identifying and reach out to potential funding partners through cold calling, cold emailing, conferences/events
Writing customized proposals for grant-making organizations/CSRs and managing the submission and
contracting processes
Studying requests for proposal (RFPs) and preparing customized proposals by gathering information and data,
drafting, obtaining feedback/approvals, and ensuring timely submission
Competencies
Donor relationship management/business development and consultative sales
Establish and grow partnerships, and effective planning skills to meet fundraising targets
High quality written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills
Key Requirements
2-3 years’ prior experience in a B2B sales or fundraising role that involves high empathy/service levels to
clients, supporters or the community.
Experience in researching, analyzing and coordinating information and data and preparing high-quality
communication.
