Human Resource Officer
Position Overview
This position holder is in responsible role of assisting with the recruitment process, managing the
background check process, arranging for training logistical support, Operations, Payroll &
compliance and assisting with the preparation of training workshop records and additional duties.
Key Responsibility Areas
Recruitments

  • Evaluate factors such as education, experience, skills, and compensation expectations
    when screening/reviewing online/offline applications.
  • Conduct informational interviews with potential candidates in order to compile a
    short list of candidates to present to hiring managers.
  • Facilitate in-person and/or online/offline applicant interviews with hiring managers.
  • Keep applicants, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders up to date on the
    status of each search by managing communications.
  • Prepare an offer letter and send to the candidate to complete their onboarding.
  • Assist in documenting the flow and procedures of the internal recruitment process.
    Payroll and Compliance
     Collaborating with the legal department to communicate the associated
    requirements with every applicable HR-based regulatory and legal and
    compliance training programs.
     Responsible for the preparation and delivery of compliance-based
    communications and training to employees.
     Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
     Calculate bonuses and allowances
     Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
     For office records and audit purposes, keep organised records of all candidate
    information (resume, employment application, references, communications, backup
    documentation).
     Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
     Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department
     Maintaining the employees’ data
    Trainings
  • Responsible for coordination and arrangement of logistics for setting up training and
    development workshops.
  • Accountable for creating training attendance records and the first draft of training
    reports.
    General
  • Respond to information requests from colleagues as soon as possible.
  • Maintaining good relationship with Seniors, peers, vendors and candidates.
  • Assists with other duties as assigned.
    Key Performance Indicators
  • End-to-end online/offline recruitment process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Preparing error-free offer letters and other important official documents.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all
    employees.
  • Maintain an approachable relationship with candidates to ensure a positive interview
    experience and network with them to get references.
  • Timely reporting of training data that is of high quality and accuracy.
